I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

This week for conditioning was a bit laid back than I had hoped, however I managed to get some ample Prowler work done over the weekend for my accessory work. I had hoped to get some work in on Wednesday, but the amount of rain we have been getting has been crazy lately. I've decided that if I can't get any actual work done on that day that I'll just use my TENS/EMS unit instead to at least get some blood flow into areas that give me issues to help prevent things. Since it was a deload week anyways, it was probably better my overall work was a bit lower. Sometimes the littler things just need to be done on the fly.

Monday, July 6th, 2015 None for the day. I had done Prowler work over the weekend for quite a bit of accessory work.

Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 None for the day. I had planned to push the Prowler for a few sets, but it was raining basically all day. I also did not have to go in and train clients, so driving to walk on the treadmill seemed pointless. I decided to use my TENS/EMS unit on my lower back, quads, and triceps for 20 minutes each before bed.

Friday, July 10th, 2015 35 minute walk on treadmill; 2.0% incline @ 3.2 mph
