Woke up like a champ this morning ready to go. My goal for this morning was to simulate back to back competition days and see how I could hold up.

While I woke up without any aches or pains from the night's previous training, my grip sucked. Granted I haven't been training it religiously but things were just tired off the floor. I have much room for improvement here and that's very exciting.

Rolling Thunder

30 - 3x6 ---I couldn't figure out why it felt so light, then I remembered I needed to add a minimum of 100 lbs more.

95 - 1x3

120, 1x0 OUCH! That's a 30 lb gap on my best, that hurts.

Double Overhand Axle Deadlift

135, 1x5

225, 1x1

245, 1x1

265, 1x1

275, 1x0 Another OUCH.

Anvil

97, 1x1

105, 1x1

117, 1x1 Another ouch to know I needed to end it there.

Silver Bullet Gripper Hold

Used a COC 1 and managed two sets at 15 seconds. Rough.

The GREAT news is, it will only be uphill from here!

Now I need to add in some Mas Wrestling to go for the trifecta of competitions over two days. We shall see how things work out.
