I strained my pec a little while back and I'm not ready to bench yet, so I have been hitting back and shoulders pretty hard.
I started my db pressing with the adjustable bench straight up, last week I declined it very slightly, this week I declined it a little bit more. Still not close to an incline press, but moving in the right direction.
DB Press 50sx10 60sx10 70x10 80x10 90x10 100 lb dumbbells x 10 reps.
Lat Pulldown with wide mag grip attachment 5x10 heavy superset Machine Bench Press - very light, just to pump some blood in to that pec 5x20
