I just wanted to get a general idea of where I'm at deadlift wise. I never pull well in the gym and am usually 50 or so lbs stronger in a meet.
Deadlift: 135x1 225x1 315x1 405x1 495x1 545x1 585x1 635x1
Felt great! the 635 is usually my last warmup at a meet and that's what it felt like. Here in a couple weeks i will pull 675 and a couple weeks later just over 700.
Accessory work: Bottoms up good morning with Elitefts ssb yoke bar 5x3 at 315lbs
Standing Cable Crunches 3x10 Superset Wide grip pullups 3x10
