I trained with teammate and good friend Joe Schillero this past weekend at the Elitefts S4 Compound. Since I'm not a structured program at the moment, I decided to join Joe for whatever his program called for. It was max triples on deadlifts followed by SSB box squats. Every time I train at Elitefts, I get some awesome advice and always have a good training session. The music was blasting, everyone was busting ass and pouring sweat...it was a great day. Thanks again to Dave Tate for letting me try some sample prototype wraps. I can't wait to use them at this weekend's UGSS. I'm fucking PUMPED!
