Squats felt great and strategically planned out warms up and attempts as if it were meet day. No nerves or jitters leading up to the meet, yet. I was off the grid for a couple of months and all things considering, I don't feel as terrible as I would have thought coming back. Hiccups may and will happen along the way, its just your approach and attitude that's important. Make the most of it.
