Wednesday was my final night of my third wave. These three weeks consisted of pulling off blocks in full gear. On this session I decided to add an extra overload with straps.
Deads singles up to 885
Belt squat deadlift ass squeezers 4 sets of 6 *30 second hold on final rep of final set
Reverse Hyper 4 sets of 8 with heavy weight
Rolling thunder grip tester singles up to 135lbs *right hand picked up and held no problem, left hand couldn't budge it.
Abs 4 sets of 12
