My deload is very unconventional, as you will see. However, the reason behind it is to keep the movement fresh and the system still primed for heavy weight, but a hell of a lot less wear and tear will take place due ot the extreme volume drop. Rather than going in and doing 65% of stuff and moving around a bunch I will usually hit one heavy set, on maybe two movements then leave. Luckily this is coming at the same time as the Arnold as I will be coaching Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and am looking to have a very full weekend ahead of me. Bench tomorrow.
