After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

It's always surprising how much my upper body manages to continue to keep up with everything I throw at myself, but I tend to respond better to the volume over the intensity, especially now with everything I have going on.
