After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Thursday's training was a bit on the late side, but it was a great training day in terms of how my weights felt and moved. It's always surprising how much my upper body manages to continue to keep up with everything I throw at myself, but I tend to respond better to the volume over the intensity, especially now with everything I have going on.
