Tuesday was my final speed day for squat and deadlift. Things on squats started off slow, but they picked up as the sets went on. I think this is just because my body is ready for rest. Deadlifts on the other hand, felt exceptionally good. All my accessory work was backed off and just enough to get some blood flow going and hit some of the important aspects to keep me going. The low carbs hasn't really affected me yet, so that's a good thing and I think things are going to be right where I need them to be. One more real day of training left, and then a few blood flow sessions so I don't get stiff and it's GO time.
