It has been a LONG TIME since I've hit a PR on bench. I've had a handful of minor pec strains over the years every time I start making progress. I know this was touch and go with the shoulder saver but I also don't care. Last time I tried this was July 10, the day before my 33rd birthday and I strained my pec.

Like I said, I couldn't be happier to finally hit a PR. Hopefully I can stay healthy and hit that on the platform
