Very excite getting back to these competition movements. Not where I want to be yet, but I have 10 weeks to actualize all the strength I've built and have some fun. My normal wide grip is just a matter of getting comfortable with the weight in my hands again, and getting my usual explosiveness off of the chest. And yet again, hit a warmup single to get ready for the volume pressing and I'm real confident in a 475+ press in competition once we get there to the US Open.

The elitefts sports summit is this weekend as well, and I can;t wait to learn from some extremely intelligent people in the industry.
