I haven't pulled on a straight bar since my DL only meet at the Arnold on March 4th. I could definitely tell I it has been a while.
I pulled on a straight bar vs elitefts average bands.
135x2 225x2 315x2 365x2 405x2 455x1 x 5 sets 225x5 x 5 sets
Accessory work: Ab roller x 3x10 Sled Drag x 3x60 yards
Finished with 1 Dairy Queen Blizzard - Peanut butter cookie dough. I would recommend it.
The DL's weren't hard, but I can tell I was a little "off" technique wise. I need to find a meet and start training harder.
