It's really tough for me to see what exercises have a ton of carryover to my regular bench press, so I always try to really hit my accessory work hard on days like this, where I don't really know how much carryover I get out of my main movement.
Floor Press - 2 Chainz per side
135x3 185x2 225x2 275x2 315x1 335x1 345x1
Accessory work: Close grip cambered bar bench press- these absolutely smoked my triceps 225lbs 3x10 and 1x9 because I can't count.
Dumbbell incline press 2x20 @ 75lbs
Cable Tri pushdowns 3x20 superset pullups 3x10
This was a great workout. My arms were smoked, but I felt good. I will incorporate the close grip cambered bar bench a little more frequently. I really liked them .
