Today our Powerlifting squad hit squats, good mornings, then a superset of step-ups/heavy ab machine. These next 6 weeks are going to be very basic on paper but very tough with short recovery and higher rep ranges. The goal is to get us in shape and pack on some muscle via a lot of reps throughout the workout.

As far as for myself found out we all have step throat. That is why we have all had high temps last few days. We are all on meds to get rid of this crap. I am ready to get this next test a TE next Tuesday over with so I have some clarity what is going on. Ready to start training again, this is gettin old and testing my patience.
