Shannon picked her own rank. You can tell because it's not funny haha. The best part about being on a team is the camaraderie. A very close second is winning. It changes the whole fell of a meet and training. We have a brutal hazing ritual of buying me lunch that every member has had to partake in. We are also accepting application for new members. The application process is pretty intense. You have to ask a member of the team when we are training, and then you have to show up and be open to coaching. Ok, it's not that complicated.
