I had a couple guys come to my new gym, Iron Athlete in Concord, Ohio to bench with me.
We used straight bar, straight weight, and worked up to a heavy single.
Bench Press: bar x 10 135x10 225x5 275x5 315x2 365x1 385x1 405x1 425x1

Pin Press vs mini bands doubled over 135x3 x 2 sets 185x3 x 2 sets 225x3 x 2 sets 275x3 x 1 set
Dumbbell incline press 3x20 -70 lbs superset DB 1 arm rows 3x20 each arm
100 band tri pushdonws to finish it off.
