Tuesday Squats
A great squatting day! I've been really pleased with my squats lately, especially after hitting a squat PR in Ohio a few weeks ago. I've been working on trying to be faster out of the hole, and it seems to be working. I worked up to 300x2x2 and this is the most I've ever done for reps with or without wraps. I finally feel like I'm at a point where my raw squat is catching up to what my wrapped squat was. This is relieving for me since I've spent so long trying to perfect my squat technique for competing in the IPF.135x5 185x5 225x3 270x1 300x2x2
