So as stated in the video I am now taking over coaching the NBS Fitness powerlifting team. I know and have a relationship with just about everyone on the team currently so the dynamic should be good. I will attempt to show breakdown's of lifter's struggling with issue's I see often that my small audience may relate to. I would also like to use the opportunity to give some insight into how I coach and what I look for when instructing lifter's.
