For the last three weeks, I've just kinda done whatever. Not a not of volume and not a lot of weight. I've felt run down and generally lethargic. I've also had a reduced appetite and motivation.

I had my blood work done on Friday so it's time to ramp things back up. I'm starting a program that will be in 3-week waves starting to prep for a meet in the not too distant future.
