Only a couple weeks away from the Arnold Classic, 21 deadlift salute on the main stage on sunday. My bodyweight is right where it needs to be and I wont have to cut but a couple lbs to make 220.

I was planning to pull my opener today but was feeling pretty beat up and warn out so I worked up pretty much to my last warmup and called it quits. I'm pretty confident going into the meet so figured to just save it.

Everything felt good and moved fast. I guess it better, being as they were all my warmups. But my cns has taken a beating so I figured I would just call it there and save it for the big day.

Accessory work: 2x10 glute ham 2x15 standing abs

I plan to hit another decent upper body workout this week. Next week I plan to hit a light lower body day and light upper body day later in the week. Along with a massage and visit to the chiropractor.
