After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

I tried to keep things toned down a bit compared to my last training session as I had the volume rather high. I'm still trying to find a good balance of things on my leg training since all I ever want to do is squat and deadlift, but I just got to wait for January to get here and then I'll start looking into recovery things on a serious level.
