2x4x295 - It was insanely hot and humid today, more so than I can ever remember in all my 5 years of Unit training. I started sweating as soon as I arrived and began warming up and I did not stop. And I don't just mean sweating like when you're out mowing the lawn on a hot day or slipping your gf the sweaty salami in the outdoor shower at the beach. I mean my whole body was like a full on faucet on full blast dropping water weight like a fire sale. I did not stop pouring sweat the entire time I was at the Unit, which was not even that long since all I did there today was log. The heat and its effects were so bad that I actually lost the log after my second rep of my first set and dropped it, then had to re-clean to do my other two reps. Gross. So I left and went to the Y to finish up.
