After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This particular Tuesday training session was simple, and rather quick. Just some accessory work to continue to keep the legs training and not eat up too much time. The belt squats were absolutely hell, but it was something I needed.

B1) Belt Squat 100 reps in as little time as possible
