Knees are still very these days. Not so much on he dead lift but the squat is messy and painful. Trying to find a more comfortable stance. Left hip has not fired right since knee surgery. Almost 3 years ago. Talk about a slow recovery.

Squats 155x8x2

Dead lifts 185x8x2

Single leg press 4x15

regular leg press 4x20 end set 100 reps continuous

Seated leg curl 4x15

Leg extension half static holds 4x4 30 sec.

Calf raise 4x20

ab/adduction 3x20

Leg raises for abs 4x15
