I went into this session feeling tired.. until I got on the bench and WOW I felt strong. It was another fun session of pushing weights and listening to Jo tell stories. Seth and I love our sessions with him. This week is all straight weight work, no bands or chains. Programming is by Brian Schwabe following the M2 method.
