After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A good max effort session working up to a really hard single. I thought about making a jump to 280, but decided that it wasn't in my best interest for the day and to just take what I got. Starting next week I'll be rotating my max effort work weekly again, so I thought this was a place to call it. Crushed the accessory work, and got out of the gym for the Saturday.
