After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This let me train solo and get in some good work and push the pace a little bit. I tried to keep things flowing well and was overall happy with how this session went for me.
