After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This is the second training session of this new macrocycle, and it felt good to do some heavy bench pressing again. This wasn't anything crazy, just trying to get some good progress rolling and adjust with my crazy life. I know that I likely won't get to every session I have planned for the coming weeks, as we're starting to get really busy with sports performance kids and events coming up. But this was a great first step in the right direction!
