I sincerely hope you all spent some much needed time and moments with loved ones this holiday. I didn't train, and I know some people who did. Neither one of us are better than the other, it's just how the day went. I had a scheduled off day and others didn't! If I was supposed to lift, I most likely would have moved my days around, as I was in my hometown with no access to a 24 hour gym.
