Fat bar floor press + 3 chains 135x10x2 sets 225x5 275x3 315x2 365x1 405x1 435x2, spotter helped on third 435x3 405x4, spotter on fifth 405x4 405x3
My thought process today was...I hit 445x2 at this point last training cycle and then 445x3 later on in the training cycle. So instead of looking for a PR I wanted to be conservative and get a few more sets in around that same percentage. The first one I wasn't tight and wasn't able to finish the third rep. The second set was better. The drop sets were fine- the first set I was a little eager going for five but it's all gravy.
The misses I have on floor press usually come from not being tight and not controlling the weight as the chains pull me around.
