Frustrating day. A few months ago I hit an easy 650x3x3 with Donnie and today I was lucky to get doubles in. My strength feels OK but my technique feels off. After my hamstring injury I've shifted forward in my squats- I can tell because my quads are bigger and sometimes sore after squat days when they never were before. As a result I'm struggling to open my hips up and get a good rebound like I normally would. I'll take a few light squat sessions to try to fix it.

These all felt awful. I like to stay loose and light hearted when I train. I turn it up as soon as I grab the bar. But the way my squat is going I think I need to channel my inner Captain Kirk.
