I did floor presses with my legs out straight (zero leg drive) instead of with my knees up and there is a huge difference in my stability - much less with legs straight. I'll stick with the harder variation for at least this 6 week block of training,

This was a really good training day that left my man boobs (still) sore through Friday morning. The only thing missing from today was conditioning at the end. I am going to bring my dragging sled home from the Unit and see how that works since I am presently dead set against doing airbike tabatas. I also need to get some new KBs and a lighter sandbag at home to expand my options, as those are also things I've done in the past that worked well.
