• Husbands transplant is taking well and he is getting better each day. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Each day I'm so thankful for his donor, whom is also doing great with recovery.
  • Having a little time off work allows time for massive house projects to get done. Landscape gutting, new screen doors, garage cleaned out. All projects I have waited years to complete. Makes everyday to day life a lot easier to handle. Most women know what I'm talking about. Check it off the list means ONE LESS THING HANGING OVER OUR HEADS.
  • Unfortunately I had to drop school this semester but I hope to start back up January 2016. Just want to get my 2nd degree that will give me a life that I can survive on.
  • All 9 animals, fur-babies , "my kids" are doing well and are very spoiled having the couch all to themselves all day long. They sleep non stop 24hs a day. Love all of them. They always Make life better. Saving one animal at a time changes their life and your life for an eternity.
  • Training is going well. Still getting in at least 3 days a week of training and 2 days of some sort of rehab and cardio. Had 2 weeks after his transplant of less intense training . Being back to work has given me some structure back. This past week has been a lot better on intensity and purpose.
Here are a few videos over the last couple of weeks.

More detailed updates and training logs to come. Thank you for your continued support. As a lifter and lifetime athlete I truly appreciate all the comments and concerns. Family comes before myself and before anything else that I enjoy doing including training. Being a care taker is what I do best and enjoy taking care of anyone animals or human. Not that I don't miss training and I good solid regimen, I miss it terrible. Having a constant training cycle is the only way I have ever made progress. I enjoy the discipline and filling the "void" of everyday struggles.
