I decided to go in one more time. I went on a brewery tour Saturday night and wanted to sweat the hops out. My town now has 4 micros all within 3 miles of each other so we went and did a flight/sample of each ones line up. You essentially get a 3-4 ounce cup of each beer they brew. It was cool to go out and sample alot of beers and still be able to drive responsibly. Above is a picture of the flight from our second stop. Those glasses are only 4 ounces but I thought it was a cool pick to send to the wife. Nite to you all. Don't try the porter!!!! Don't try any porter ever!!!! They are not good.

We we hit the gym and essentially did a bunch of exercises for 3 sets of 10 with the bar or slightly more. Everything was in the 10% or less type range
