I'm currently in a two week off season focusing on volume and more bodybuilding style of training. I plan to pick back up to more powerlifting training starting on May 23rd, 2015. My goal for these few weeks is to allow for a bit more recovery on my joints and just have some fun.

Tuesday was leg day and it was a very interesting session. I basically got into some gear and also killed myself with 100 total reps of sumo stiff leg deads in as little time as possible (thanks to Laura Phelps). My legs were smoked and it was a hell of a workout, but I figured this was a great way to round out my final leg training as I likely won't be able to do anything like this again for quite some time. Give this sumo stiff leg deadlift challenge a go, it'll kill you. Or give you an exhaustion headache like it did me.
