After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Slowly chipping away at the 10x10 work, and feeling a bit better each week about it. It's now finally at that point where I'm starting to accumulate some fatigue and the later sets are beginning to get just a tad challenging. It's nothing major yet, but I suspect that in about 5-6 weeks I'll really have to start working on these sets. Otherwise, I really good session playing around with the new Pit Shark still on my accessory work.
