After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

It's now finally at that point where I'm starting to accumulate some fatigue and the later sets are beginning to get just a tad challenging. It's nothing major yet, but I suspect that in about 5-6 weeks I'll really have to start working on these sets. Otherwise, I really good session playing around with the new Pit Shark still on my accessory work.
