Think about when the last time you took forced time off from the gym?

 

Normally every time you get hurt you need to take time off.

Not when you just deliberately take time off for actually get true rest. Get balanced again. Regain focus on what's important to you, reach out to those you have left behind. Tell your family you love them, call them. Sit outside and take in the air and let your thoughts go. Once you just clear your head many thoughts invade that had been pushed out because of all hard work and focus you have during training.
