Benching with the Cambered bar

I picked up a cambered bar from Ken Whetham and I wanted to use it for everything. And I did.

Bench - (I'm using the math that the bar is 45 lbs. It's actually 67 lbs)

Bar x 10 x 3 --> I needed to get use to the swing of the bar 95 x 10 x 2 135 x 10 185 x 10 x 5

This was great pec pump and shoulder pump. I love this bar.

Military Press with the Cambered Bar

95 x 10 x 5 --> These need to be done very slow, which is great for time under tension. I highly recommend them.

Over head tricep extensions with the Cambered Bar

Because I could. 4 sets.
