These felt OK. My work capacity is down. I was gassed after 3x6. Technique wasn't what I want it to be. The weight felt heavy and I wasn't bracing properly. I was able to get my back to tighten up the way I'd like- specifically using my lats to pull my elbows under the bar.

I might hit some assistance work Sunday...
