Started off with shoulders.

  • 50 laterals
  • 50 front raises
  • 50 rear delt
  • Arnold presses 4x20
Back training:
  • 40 pull UPS total in as many sets as it took.
  • Low row single arm 4 sets
  • Lat pull downs 4 sets
  • Bent over row 4 sets
20min cardio .
