Great training session with good people. I was fortunate enough to be able to train out at Elitefts on Saturday. It was good to see such good people that I can call true friends. What a difference it is to be surrounded by good positive and happy vibes. Loved every minute.

  • Pull UPS 5x5
  • Seated upper rows 4 sets
  • Cable pull apart 4 sets
  • Preacher curls 4 sets
  • Hammer curls 4sets
  • Weighted crunches 4x25
