Squats were high, still getting used to the pressure. If you've lifted multi and single ply you know the pressure you feel is different. In multi ply the pressure is spread out all over the gear, in single ply the pressure is all in seems at the base of the quad. But unfortunately they were all high, I'm hesitant to add the video but I will for the sake of it being a training video.
