I actually had a really long meet write up typed up but towards the end I fat fingered something and erased the whole f'n post. So here is the short version.

Squats 930ish good lift 1030ish good lift 1115 no lift

Bench 300ish good lift 400ish good lift 451 goodlift *Some of the raw guys at the gym are getting the attitude that geared lifters aren't strong, the gear does all the work yada yada yada. So I decided to take the biggest raw bench at the gym to prove a point. My shoulder is still screwed up and I can't shirt bench. Raw doesn't hurt it to much. I hope I don't have to squat heavy raw next, I will if I have to but I really dont want to haha.

Deathlifts 730ish no lift, knees came unlocked 800ish good lift 821 good lift (PR) *I got real lucky, I started to fall forward after I locked it out, but I got the down call just before I did, I got really lucky. But I'll take it!
