Prowler sprints 4 down and back sets

I missed bench Friday because Freya got sick at daycare and in turn got us sick on Friday. I wanted to at least hit some benches Monday for the sake of getting benches in. As I worked up my joints were still aching so I put on an orange metal catapult and continued to work up and it felt night and day better.
