Preparing for the 21 deadlift salute at the Arnold Classic. I've been trying to hit my back on all of my squat days as well. Previously, I did a 3 week wave with the safety squat bar. I'm currently on week 2 of 3 week wave of squat mornings with the rackable cambered bar. Last week triples, this week doubles, next week a single.

The last couple sets were easier than I anticipated after last weeks 405x3.
