The wind was sucked out of our sails at the end of the day when one of us went down. We pretty much packed up and went home to regroup.

I'm still having the shifting issue at the bottom of the squat and I'm sure it has to do with my IT bands as well as the sports hernia I was diagnosed with a couple years back. The pain comes and goes and is why I put briefs on early today.

Allen Pilley wraps knees so tight it makes it look like I have bigish calves.
