Zercher squats off a box 3 x 10 185lbs

GHR's 3 x 10 (bodyweight)

Squats felt sloppy. I was sharing with Chloe that I don't know what's more frustrating: not knowing what or how to fix your technique or knowing exactly how your technique should look but your body doesn't follow. Coming up from the hole butt shoots back and I was actively thinking to trust my hips and force my knees apart. It just wasn't happening.
